Service Description

Sculpt is an all-levels class that incorporates strength, cardio, and balance. Incorporating yoga poses, breathing, and hand weights with bursts of cardio to give you a toned, sculpted body! Sculpt can be modified for any skill or ability level for a great workout! Yoga mat recommended but not required.
